Petition for Formation of a Water Conservancy District and Formation of a Groundwater Management Subdistrict

Please be advised that a public hearing on the Petition for Formation of a Water Conservancy District and Formation of a Groundwater Management Subdistrict Pursuant to §37-45-109 and §37-45-120 ("Petition"), filed in the above-captioned case on July 23, 2024, will be held on October 17, 2024.  The hearing will be in Courtroom A in the Alamosa County Justice Center.
