3/19/25 - UPDATE 1: Delayed starts and closures due to inclement weather

Due to inclement weather and road closures, the following courts and probation offices will be delayed or closed on Wednesday, March 19, 2025:

• Lincoln County Courthouse and Probation Offices will be closed.
• Elbert County Courthouse and Probation Offices will open with a two-hour delay.

• Kit Carson County Courthouse and Probation Offices are closed, although the docket will be held virtually. Those scheduled to appear for court are allowed to appear via Webex using the Division E link, and are asked to turn on their camera and audio. Contact your attorney or call the court to obtain Webex access information.
