This division does so by working with local courts and other agencies, leading efforts to plan for future efficiencies while analyzing the impacts of various programs. The division assists in budget preparation and responds to legislative initiatives. Other division responsibilities include case flow management, family issues, compilation of statistical information, and data integrity issues.

Criminal Justice Programs Unit: We impact systems and communities by advancing programs that promote equitable access and humane treatment for all who interact with the criminal legal system.

Family Law Programs Unit: We support families, courts, the public and stakeholders through innovative educational opportunities and fostering relationships in order to mitigate harm and empower customers and partners as they navigate court systems.

Research and Data Unit: We collect, analyze, and report trial court data to facilitate informed decision-making and foster transparency. Our efforts assist trial courts and stakeholders in identifying trends, spotting opportunities, and making well-founded choices guided by reliable data.

Access to Justice Unit: We empower all people to engage with Colorado Courts to secure equal access to justice.  We do this through language access, dispute resolution options, and self-help resources thus reducing barriers, so Coloradans understand how to engage with the court system.
