About the Division of Human Resources

The Division of Human Resources develops and manages the personnel system for the Colorado Judicial Department. Some of the many services we offer include the coordination of employee mediation and dispute resolution processes, maintenance and interpretation of the personnel rules, employee recognition, equal employment and diversity management, education and training, conference and event planning, compensation and classification studies, recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, risk management, and coordination of benefits.

The Division of Human Resources strives to provide expertise, leadership, and consultation for the development and strategic management of human resources.

Each district has an ADA Coordinator and Jury Commissioner. The ADA Coordinator is responsible for initiating the interactive process once an employee, court, or probation services participant has made a request for reasonable accommodation. The Jury Commissioner is responsible for initiating the interactive process once a juror has made a request for a reasonable accommodation.
