Please call in on the date and time (Mountain Standard Time) of your scheduled court appearance. You will not be allowed to participate if you are not on the schedule.  You will be appearing by PHONE ONLY. 

All required forms can be located on the Colorado Judicial Branch website.  You are encouraged to have all documents in front of you during your court appearance.
