There is not a cafeteria in the courthouse.  You are allowed to bring drinks or snacks as they are not provided.  Only CLEAR plastic containers are allowed (clear water bottles, soda bottles).  Glass, metal or any container that is not see-through is NOT permitted inside the courthouse.
