If you are required to report, please fill out the bottom portion of your Juror Questionnaire form beforehand and bring it with you when you report.
You are permitted to bring plastic see-through non-glass bottled water. No flavored drinks or food are allowed. The Judicial Building does not have a Cafeteria or Vending Machines.
If parking is not available in the Judicial Building parking lot, there is parking available on the street. Please be mindful of any "No Parking" signs including in the dirt lots and business lots, as you run the risk of having your vehicle towed at your own expense. Do not block any gates or doors to the Kings Storage located along 6th Street across from the Judicial Building. You are permitted to park in the Midtown Shopping Center. If you park in a timed parking space and receive a basic parking violation ticket it can be submitted to the Jury Commissioner for dismissal. Parking tickets for expired tags or parking in a bus stop cannot be submitted.
Proceed through Security. There may be a line. Purses and bags will be checked by Security at the front door. No flavored drinks, food, mace, or pocketknives are allowed.
Check-in at the Jury Assembly room. It is located to the far right as soon as you go through the metal detector before the building exit on the first floor of the Judicial Building at 501 N. Elizabeth Street.
If you submitted the proper paperwork in person, by fax, email or it was date-stamped by mail more than 5 days in advance of your Jury Appearance Date, consider it accepted. You will be contacted later with a new Jury Reporting Date or if you need to obtain additional information for your Disqualification. No new postponement requests can be accepted at this time.
