Request for Qualifications (RFQ) FOR CONTRACT MEDIATORS
The Office of Dispute Resolution is currently inviting solicitations to be considered as a
contract mediator. This RFQ seeks to establish qualified mediators who can deliver
services including but not limited to services through an integrated web-based
Online Dispute Resolution platform.The Judicial Department makes no guarantee to
order any quantities of services to any awarded providers.
ENA and supervised parenting time providers are exempt as the payments are below the
procurement amount requirements.
