The Colorado Supreme Court has scheduled a public hearing the proposed Rules 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of the Colorado Rules for Magistrates.

 

Requests to speak at the hearing should be emailed to:

 

supremecourtrules@judicial.state.co.us.

 

All speaking requests must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. September 16, 2024.

Note the comment period for these proposed rules has already closed.  The public comments received are available here.  No new comments are being accepted.

The Colorado Supreme Court requests written public comments by any interested person on proposed Rules 1.5 and 1.8 of the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct.  Public comments may be submitted in letter format addressed as follows:  Colorado Supreme Court, 2 E. 14th Avenue, Denver, CO 80202.  If submitting a public comment by email, please attach your submission as a separate document to your email in Word or PDF format.  Comments and speaking requests may be emailed to supremecourtrules@judicial.state.co.us.  Any written comments received by the deadline will be uploaded here after the comment period closes.
