11/8/24 - UPDATE #2 Notice of Closures and Virtual Court Hearings

Due to the snowstorm, some Combined Courts and Probation Offices will be closed or operating virtually on Friday, Nov. 8. We will update as additional information becomes available. 

Closed

• 3rd Judicial District (Huerfano and Las Animas counties) Combined Courts and Probation Offices
• Clear Creek County Court and Probation Office 
• Douglas County Combined Court and Probation Offices
• Elbert County Combined Court and Probation Offices
• Lincoln County Combined Court and Probation Offices
• 16th Judicial District Courts, Trial Courts and Probation Offices
• Arapahoe County Combined Court and Probation offices will be closed at noon.

Operating remotely only

• The Supreme Court and Court of Appeals clerk’s offices and the State Court Administrator’s office will be closed tomorrow, and staff will work remotely. All filings should be submitted electronically.
• Gilpin Combined Courts will hold all scheduled court hearings virtually: https://judicial.webex.com/meet/Judge.VanGilder.
• The Denver Probate Court will be closed for in-person customer assistance. Remote customer assistance can be provided via email at DPCselfhelp@judicial.state.co.us or by phone at 303-606-2303. Filings may be submitted in person via the drop box located at the Clerk's Office door of room 230.
• The Denver Juvenile Probation office will be closed, and staff will be working remotely.

Open and operating virtually

• Denver Juvenile Court will be open and virtual appearances are also authorized.
