Daniel M. Garcia

Magistrate Garcia received his undergraduate degree in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from Connecticut College in New London, CT in 2002 and his law degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2005.

He is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Alaska. Following law school he was employed as a law clerk for a Superior Court Judge in Alaska, a Deputy District Attorney in Alaska and Grand Junction, CO, a police officer in Alaska and New Hampshire, and lastly was engaged in private practice focusing on domestic relations and criminal defense in Western Colorado. He was sworn in as a Magistrate on August 30, 2019.
