Bio

Joanne Morando was appointed as District Court Magistrate in October 2024.

 

Prior to appointment, Magistrate Morando served as a Deputy District Attorney in the 8th, 11th, and 21st Judicial Districts between 2015 and 2024.  She also practiced domestic relations at Wells Family Law PC from 2020 until 2021, and civil litigation at Pearl Schneider Young LLC from 2019 until 2020.

 

Magistrate Morando earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas in 2012, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2015.
