The El Paso County Court Collections Department is located at 270 S. Tejon St. Colorado Springs, CO 80903. 
In person services are available in Room S120 daily between 8:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. MT (Weekends and Holidays excluded)
Between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., assistance is available in Room S101.

A payment plan for outstanding fines and fees can be requested by submitting an application in one of the following ways:

  • Daily 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
