The 23rd Judicial District is made up of 3 Court locations that include Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln Counties.

Lincoln County

The Eighteenth Judicial District was established in 1962.  In 1969, Lincoln County was added to the District.  Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln County currently make up the 18th Judicial District.
