The Colorado Supreme Court will hold a hearing on the proposed changes to the Colorado Rules of Criminal Procedure on February 7, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. The Court also requests written public comments by any interested person on the proposed rule. Public comments may be submitted in letter format addressed as follows: Colorado Supreme Court, 2 E. 14th Avenue, Denver, CO 80202. If submitting a public comment by email, please attach your submission as a separate document to your email in Word or PDF format. Comments and speaking requests may be emailed to: supremecourtrules@judicial.state.co.us
