Summary of Job Classification:
Oversees and administers the day-to-day operations of a peer mentor program within a veterans’ court(s). Recruits, trains, and supervises military veteran paid and volunteer peer mentors and may supervise up to three full time equivalent (FTE) employees. Participates in providing individual case management for justice-involved veterans. Identifies and tracks veterans as they progress through the court system. Ensures policies and procedures are adhered to. Serves as the state-wide leader for veteran programs, develops state- wide standards and goals, serves as a resource and advisor for other Coordinators throughout the judiciary.

Provides expert-level, multi-faceted court operations support to the Supreme Court. Works closely with the Clerk of the Supreme Court to facilitate successful office operations and case flow management. Monitors cases to ensure timely processing and actions. Compiles and reviews case reports. Assists with the development, implementation, and communication of office procedures. Handles more complex case processing and docketing. Drafts, edits, reviews, and issues complex court orders. Oversees and reviews the court's weekly case announcement document. Trains and mentors clerk's office staff. Provides administrative and technical support for senior judges. Compiles data and prepares periodic reports.
