The Audio Visual (A/V) Engineer II is responsible for the support and maintenance of courtroom A/V technologies. This includes operating, maintaining, installing, configuring, repairing, and upgrading A/V products in the courtroom while also ensuring optimal performance and integration with other systems such as the Colorado Judicial Department's (Department) network and court reporting equipment. The A/V Engineer II will analyze and resolve A/V issues in a timely and accurate fashion, as well as support user needs where required.

This includes interviewing customers to gather and compile user requirements, helping the business make good technology decisions, and researching new technology solutions for use.
