Budgeting

The Budget Unit includes budget staff who prepare the annual budget request for the Judicial Branch, monitor and respond to legislative requests on proposed new legislation, interact with the  Joint Budget Committee, prepare annual allocations of appropriated funds, and monitor all the budgets throughout the Branch.

 

Budget Staff

Manages the budget unit; oversees the annual budget request process and coordinates the legislative/fiscal note process.

Probation and related programs, OTSF and CTCF Budgets, Problem Solving Court and various centrally administered program budgets. 

Trial Court, Appellate Court, Supreme Court, Administration Personal Services, and various centrally administered program budgets. Budget Allocation Lead.

Supreme Court and Appellate budget, Senior Judge Program, Restorative Justice, Adult Diversion, and Family-Friendly Court Program. Digital Accessibility Lead, Data Governance, and Personnel Rules.
