The Clerk's Office is closed for lunch daily from 12:00 p.m. -12:30 p.m.

Beginning September 3rd, 2024, Custer County Clerk's Office will be closed Wednesdays. Our hours of operation will be 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. If you need to file pleadings on Wednesday or Friday you may fax the forms to 719-735-1706. Please include a phone number where you can be reached in case arrangements for payment need to be made.
