8th Judicial District Hosting Warrant Clearance Event in Loveland

April 2, 2025, Loveland, Colo.–Those worried about an outstanding arrest warrant and unsure how to clear it have a free resource to assist them in resolving their case. This Saturday, April 5, the 8th Judicial District will host a Warrant Clearance Event and Community Resource Fair for Jackson and Larimer counties, where participants can come and work with community partners to have their outstanding warrants cleared.  

The event will be held on April 5, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Larimer Combined Courts - Loveland (810 E. 10th Street in Loveland). The courts, public defenders, and district attorneys for the 8th Judicial District will come together to help people clear their warrants and connect with resources to move forward and resolve their legal matters successfully.  

Offenses eligible for warrant clearance include municipal, misdemeanor, or traffic offenses, class 4 drug felonies, and class 5 and 6 felonies. Ineligible offenses include out-of-county warrants, domestic violence misdemeanors or felonies, any victim rights cases, careless driving causing death or injury, possession of a weapon by a previous offender, felony eluding, sex offenses, class 1, 2, 3, and 4 felonies (excluding drug felony 4) pending jury trial on case where warrant is issued, and sentence to jail and warrant is from a failure to appear for execution of sentence.
