The permanent injunction hearing/trial on the merits in the matter of the State of Colorado v. Kroger, et al will be heard beginning on Monday, September 30, 2024, in Denver District Courtroom 414, Fourth Floor, City & County Building, 1437 Bannock Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202.   The physical courtroom will be open to the public each day shortly after 7:30 a.m.  The City & County Building opens at 7:30 a.m.    

The Court will break for lunch for one (1) hour each day.    The hearing is scheduled to proceed until Friday, October 18, 2024.   The hearing will end at noon on Friday, October 4, 2024, and on Friday, October 11, 2024. The Court is closed on Monday, October 7, 2024, for Francis Xavier Cabrini Day, a Colorado State Holiday. Columbus Day, Monday, October 14, 2024, is not a state holiday and Court will be in session.

The Court will hold a first pretrial conference on Friday, September 13, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. MDT.

The Court will hold a second pretrial conference on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. MDT.
