Parental Responsibility Evaluators Roster

The Office of the State Court Administrator does not certify or recommend any Parental Responsibilities Evaluator (PRE) by inclusion on this roster. Inclusion on this roster indicates that the PRE submitted a completed affidavit for eligibility as a PRE, proof of mental health licensure, passed a background check, as determined by the Office of the State Court Administrator, and submitted proof of mandatory training pursuant to CJD 21-02. A Party considering requesting appointment of a PRE should conduct an independent investigation of his or her qualifications.

Statewide Parental Responsibility Evaluator Roster updated 10/25/2024

If you require additional assistance viewing the roster, please email PREprogram@judicial.state.co.us

PREs still completing the mandatory 20 hours of DV and CA training will be moved to inactive status effective Jan 1, 2024 and will return to active status after completing their 20 hours of training. PREs on inactive status may not accept new appointments, though can continue working on existing appointments, absent the appointing court ordering otherwise.

Inactive PREs effective January 1, 2024

Inclusion on the eligibility roster should not create an expectation of appointment.
