The Colorado Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing on the proposed Colorado Rules of Juvenile Procedure, Rules 1, 2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 4.10, 4.11, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14, 4.15, 4.16, 4.17, 4.18, 4.19, 4.20, 4.21, 4.22, 4.23, 4.24, 4.25, 4.26, 4.27, 4.28, 4.29, 4.30, 4.31, 4.32, 4.34, and 4.35.

Deadline to request to speak at Public Hearing: September 13, 2024.

The Colorado Supreme Court has scheduled a public hearing the proposed Rules 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of the Colorado Rules for Magistrates.

Requests to speak at the hearing should be emailed to: supremecourtrules@judicial.state.co.us.

All speaking requests must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. September 16, 2024.

Note the comment period for these proposed rules has already closed.  The public comments received are available here.  No new comments are being accepted.
