Return Dates for County Court Money Demand Cases are Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m.

All Complaint/Motion for Civil Protection Order filed by 10:00 a.m. of the current business day will be heard same business day at 11:45 a.m.

E-filing in domestic cases is now available for Non-Attorneys in both El Paso and Teller County Courts

Division 11 Setting Dates are Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m. Call 719-689-6925 or 719-689-6926.

Division 11 Rule 120 Hearings are set at 8:30 a.m. on Mondays only.

If you have received a Traffic or Misdemeanor Ticket you must appear in person on the date listed on your ticket.

Failure to appear in person may result in a Bench Warrant for your arrest.
