General Information
- Traffic arraignments are our largest volume dockets. As so many people wish to see the District Attorney first, it may take 2-3 hours before your case can be heard by the Judge or handled by the Clerks. Please plan accordingly. Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.
- In Fiscal Year 2019, the Clear Creek Combined Courts handled the following new filings: 133 criminal cases; 124 large civil cases; 58 divorce cases; 84 cases involving juveniles; 42 probate cases; 160 small civil cases; 379 misdemeanors; 74 small claims; and 834 traffic cases.

- Select “Clear Creek County” from the county list
- Select how you will search for your case: Case number, ticket number or name
- Enter the requested information AND follow I’m not a robot prompt
- Hit Run case search, Select the case you want to pay, click proceed to payment
- Enter requested information, hit review payment information
- Enter payment information, click authorize payment
- WAIT PATIENTLY FOR THE SYSTEM TO PROCESS PAYMENT AND GIVE YOU CONFIRMATION
