This position is responsible for the management of the Infrastructure unit of the Information Technology Services (ITS) division. The Manager of Infrastructure's role is to plan, organize, and manage staff and operations to ensure the stable functioning of the Department's IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, and optimizing key infrastructure. The Manager of Infrastructure will also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

This position is responsible for the management of the IT Project Management Office of the Information Technology Services (ITS) Division. Organizes processes, methods and tools designed to create and execute a project portfolio plan. This position will manage a multi-unit team that will assess, prioritize, plan, and collectively execute projects designed to meet internal customers' main strategic objectives.

This position is responsible for the management of the Software Architecture and Design unit of the Information Technology Services (ITS) Division. The position plans, and supervises the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of the Department. Also responsible for developing and maintaining an application architecture blueprint for the Department.

The Manger of Technical Services's role is to ensure the operations of the Information Technology Services (ITS) division are in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. This individual will plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities as it relates to the technical infrastructure and systems of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of ITS. The Manager of Technical Services will work closely with decision makers in other divisions, districts and external agencies to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. This individual will also define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
