To make online payments, follow the steps below:

• Select “Eagle County or Eagle County/Basalt” from the county list
• Select how you will search for your case: Case number, ticket number or name
• Enter the requested information AND follow I’m not a robot prompt 
• Hit Run case search, Select the case you want to pay, click proceed to payment
• Enter requested information, hit review payment information
• Enter payment information, click authorize payment
• WAIT PATIENTLY FOR THE SYSTEM TO PROCESS PAYMENT AND GIVE YOU CONFIRMATION

Traffic arraignments are our largest volume dockets. ; ;As so many people wish to see the District Attorney first, it may take 3-4 hours before your case can be heard by the Judge or handled by the Clerks. ; Please plan accordingly. ; Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.

In Fiscal Year 2019, the Eagle Combined Courts handled the following new filings: ; ;367 ;criminal cases; ;929 large civil cases; ;253 divorce cases; ;85 cases involving juveniles; ;125 probate cases; ;423 small civil cases; ;621 misdemeanors; ;119 small claims; and ;1,624 traffic cases. ; An additional ;240 cases of various kinds was heard in the Eagle Associate Court in El Jebel.

Parking: ;The most convenient public parking for the Justice Center is located in the parking lot to the north of the Annex building (small building to the east of the Justice Center).
